Welcome to the Roslyn Herbs Founders Club (Loyalty Program).  These terms and conditions govern your access, participation, and use of points or rewards offered or redeemed.
By enrolling in the Founders Club or by using your Loyalty Program points, you consent to and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions.  You also consent to Roslyn Herbs’ collection and use of your personal information as described herein.
​Roslyn Herbs will never share your personal information.
Roslyn Herbs may change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of the Founders Club Loyalty Program and any benefits in whole or in part, at any time, for any or no reason at all. Roslyn Herbs may suspend or terminate your ability to use the Loyalty Program without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions.
Individuals 21 years of age or older are eligible to enroll. Roslyn Herbs Employees are not eligible to participate.
Eligible individuals can create a Roslyn Herbs Founders Club loyalty account by scanning the QR Code found on the Roslyn Herbs website located at  https://www.roslynherbs.com/founders-club-loyaltydiscounts.html ; or in person at our 600 South 1st Street, Roslyn, Washington location.
To create an account, you must provide, at a minimum, your full name, phone number. 
Your Roslyn Herbs Founders Club account is yours only and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, traded, bartered, or shared with family, friends, or others. You may only have one Loyalty Account.
As a part of the Loyalty Program, Roslyn Herbs may send you transactional, informational, and promotional messages and/or offers.  These communications may happen in the form of text, push messaging, or email.  You have the ability to opt out of text messages at any time.
If you wish to change your contact information, the method by which we send you messages, or delete your Founders Club account, you can do so in the store or by emailing us at [email protected].
Members receive and earn points towards rewards by making qualifying purchases and providing account information at the time of sale.  Members receive one point for every qualifying dollar spent. Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Points can be redeemed for the following discounts subject to purchase and possession limits imposed by (RCW 69.50.360 and RCW 69.50.4013).
100 Points = 10% off your entire order
200 Points = 20% off off your entire order
300 Points = 30% off off your entire order
To ensure proper recording of loyalty benefits, members, at the time of purchase, must present their Founders Club QR Code for scanning by store personnel. Your running point total is always visible on your QR Code card. Exclusions apply, and some purchases are not eligible for discounts using points, such as items on sale.  Stacking or combining discounts is not allowed.
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as not making a purchase. If we end the Loyalty Program, points you have earned but not used will expire on the end date.
Roslyn Herbs reserves the right to terminate your Loyalty Account and/or your participation in the Roslyn Herbs Founders Club if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and conditions.,
Roslyn Herbs may suspend or terminate your membership in the Roslyn Herbs Founders Club at any time for any or no reason at all.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROSLYN HERBS, ITS DIRECTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM OR PRODUCTS AFFILIATED WITH THE LOYALTY PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THESE LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS IS TO STOP YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM. ROSLYN HERBS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY REASON IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR LOYALTY ACCOUNT OR POINTS AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY PERIOD.
